Loud and Clear

via Daily Prompt: Heard

When you walked away and slow-faded contact I heard you loud and clear, but I had hope. When you blamed everything on me I heard you loud and clear, but I had hope. When you didn’t ask or care about how I felt I heard you loud and clear, but I had hope. When you never took ownership for your actions I heard you loud and clear, but I had hope.

When you wonder why I no longer care about you and what happens to you, I hope you hear me loud and clear – I’ve finally given up on you too.

About geminilvr

I have been through many relationships in my life, most long term, and they have all shaped who I am in some way. I try to find humor through the pain and heartbreak and find the strength to do it all over again. My blog is sprinkled with past relationships, current status and thoughts on it all! I hope my experiences make you smile, laugh or cry along with me and relate to the complexity that is life, my life, perfectly imperfect.
